The weekend of September 28-29 will be very busy!
On Saturday, the 28, I will participate in Nasty Women Evanston 3. I produced the first two shows with my Evanston Made partner, Lisa Degliantoni but this year we are consultants to a fabulous new team that is kicking ass! Come early to 1100 Florence and get in line to grab your favorite $100 original art. All proceeds go to Planned Parenthood. 6-8pm, 1100 Florence, Evanston
On Sunday, the 29, Evanston Made is hosting its first Maker's Market. This is a casual art event set up on the 5th floor the Maple Avenue Garage in Evanston. Artist and craftspeople will literally drive their cars to their allotted spaces and set up their displays. I will be selling various pieces from past series, including a lot of embroidery work as discounted prices. Noon - 6pm
